Frequently Asked Questions

Yes.  Deliveries are $20 within a 10- mile radius.  $20 delivery for USC students around the Columbia, West Cola, Cayce area.  Student's name, dorm or apartment name or home address must be given as well as their cell number for delivery to be scheduled with them the evening before.  All deliveries MUST BE accepted in person.  If your student cannot be available at the time of delivery, they are responsible for finding someone who can accept it for them.  Deliveries are done M-F 4-6 pm unless other arrangements made,  Sat 12-3.

Due to the time needed to work on orders during the day and limited staffing, early deliveries are NOT an option.  We do NOT do deliveries on home game days, Sundays,  or holidays.  Thank you for your understanding with this. 

Yes.  Pickups can be scheduled.  Once a pickup time is scheduled, please stick to the time we've arranged.  Do not show up early.  Information, along with the address, will be sent to you the evening before.   

Cash, checks, Venmo and credit cards are accepted.  All payments must be paid prior to services rendered.  No payment means no order.  Credit Cards will incur a 3.5% processing fee.  

We would prefer 2 weeks notice for most orders.  Graduation orders need to be placed well in advance for May graduations.  All orders placed with one week's notice  may incur a late fee.  Any order placed 72 hours or less will incur a $20 rush fee.  No same day order and delivery!!  Every item is custom baked.  

For GF and Nut free items those utensils and bowls are cleaned separately to prepare your items to ensure no cross--contamination, however, this is not a GF and NF facility.  Should your student or family member have a reaction, we will not be held responsible.  

Yes, we offer sugar free, Dairy free, and vegan baked goods which taste amazingly like the "real thing."   

ALL GF and DF items will have an upcharge fee due to the costs of the items needed.
